Tornado測量機(jī)集單點(diǎn)探測和模擬掃描技術(shù)為一體的高性能檢測設(shè)備，可選配同時(shí)安裝接觸式和非接觸掃描測頭?；谛乱淮叻€(wěn)定性控制系統(tǒng)，并與精度補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行結(jié)合與優(yōu)化，加上的算法，可實(shí)現(xiàn)高速、高精度模擬開環(huán)以及閉環(huán)掃描。

Tornado serials combines single-point probing and analog scanning in a single high performance measuring machine also can equipped with contact and non-contact probe system. Based on the new generation of controller combines and optimizes temperature and accuracy compensation systems and advanced algorithms to support high-speed, high-accuracy analog open and closed loop scanning.

- 固定花崗石工作臺，X、Z軸采用超高剛性航空鋁技術(shù)，通過減輕運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷從而提高了整機(jī)的性能，

是保證穩(wěn)定性和剛性的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。

- 測量機(jī)主導(dǎo)軌采用槽型截面設(shè)計(jì)，空氣軸承按封閉式靜壓導(dǎo)軌布局，增大了氣膜剛性，提高了Y向氣浮導(dǎo)軌的精度

- 高精度高氣膜剛性的自清潔式預(yù)載荷氣浮軸承-三軸均采用大功率驅(qū)動(dòng)器、電機(jī)及新型雙級帶減速器，確保傳動(dòng)準(zhǔn)
